公益勸募辦法第 6 條規定
申請書所載之勸募活動所得財物使用計畫有變更時，公立學校或未設理（董）事會之行政法人應分別報經該校行政會議或該行政法人監督機關同意，其他勸募團體應提經理（董）事會同意，並於同意後七日內報主管機關許可；同時通知捐贈人或公告之，並定一個月以上之期限，聲明捐贈人得於期限內提出異議。
捐贈人於前項期限內提出異議時，勸募團體應返還其捐贈之財物。

因活動只申請到12/31，但當天仍有勸募收入且為連續假日銀行沒上班，所以截至12/31當天銀行專戶內有183,603元，加上假日有勸募活動收入，於1月3日存入專戶62,500元，專戶總共246,103元，必須提出賸餘財物使用計畫書通報衛服部

工作內容及服務對象
壹、 工作內容：收容動物醫療及送養費用的補助。本協會收容中心地址為-台北市信義區虎林街132巷16號3樓。
貳、 服務對象：由協會志工或收容所志工需求者提出醫療及送養經費申請，經本會幹 部實際訪視並記錄實際狀況後呈交本會理事會審核辦理；醫療費用補 助對象將以申請者為主，並以領有開業執照之動物醫院收據正本報帳。
經費使用
所使用之經費由募得款項支應，收容動物之醫療及送養補助透過協會出納撥付，並簽署領據以茲憑證。

預期效益
（1）預計救援三百隻(次)以上的貓狗。
（2）宣導正確飼養動物觀念，減少飼主棄養動物。
（3）減少協會運作費用負擔，以便能投入更多心力救援收容動物。
（4）改善收容動物之生活品質並提升送養率。
（5）導引普羅大眾正確之生命教育觀念。
